Perfect Smile Discovery Session is Free For Patents who have had a CBCT X-ray within the last 30 days. Those who require a new CBCT X-ray will be charged $200.

Deposit Requirement: To secure a consultation appointment at Mulgrave Dental Group, a deposit of $50 is required.

Application of Deposit: The $50 deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the consultation on the day of the appointment.

No-show Policy: If a patient fails to attend their scheduled consultation, the $50 deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

Rescheduling: Patients have the right to reschedule their appointment without forfeiting their deposit, provided that they give at least 48 hours' notice prior to the original appointment time.
